What could be: The Jungle Book’s Distant sequel

The Jungle Book’s Distant sequel will have a scrawny feral girl, who is also a descendant of Mowgli and Nashi, his wife. 

It may not even be in the vein of a famous Thai drama called Tida Wanorn, and yet will be much darker than most Jungle girl depictions that have stood the test of time for decades or longer. 

Unlike her ancestor Mowgli, she will be raised by cryptids, freaky fictional cryptids!
